★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hiii guys Entrust unisex salon is amazing salon as it mentioned above don't go with the size but their services are very good.moreover staff are very friendly I went there and my barbour Mr rihan he is so gud in nature and friendly, the products they are using are hygienic and most imp owner of this salon Mrs Rachna mam she is so beautiful both by face and by nature and she is so friendly with me. She always give me suggestions about my hairstyle and looks. In the end I would like to recommend this salon to all pls visit this salon and experience once I m sure you like this....

Need to be more professional in many ways
Most of the time staff doesn't cooperate in case you ask for late appointment. It happened several times that you request to staff that you need some service on certain day and time bcz of your work schedule or party schedule, but they are not flexible. They are reluctant in service near to their closing time that is 8 pm. They even don't have courtesy to manage or shift few bookings. I literally had to beg to them that my office is far and I m able to take the time today but then also they didn't try to adjust the schedule. You can't escalate it in a proper manner to someone bcz of this reluctance.
In service industry one has to be flexible once in a while and work on customer experience.

The treatment was done using authentic products, and with the right procedure. The staff is experienced and co-operative. I can’t thank them enough for their service.

To clear the dilemma I gave this Salon a try, and I must say the experience was surreal. The staff was very helpful and lend an ear to all that I had to share with them. I left the salon happy and have become a loyal client ever since.

Decided to get ready from here on my sister's wedding as one of my family friend suggested, that was a very good decision. Love the work of their makeup artists and hair artists. I love the fact that they only use genuine products.
