★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pratima, the manager at the counter of Envi’s R-City mall, Ghatkopar outlet is the most incompetent customer attendant a salon can ever have. During our billing, we enquired about how she can help us utilise the complimentary services that accompanied our membership which we recently purchased. She did the least empathetic thing possible by asking us to step aside and billed other two customers before us, and then when our turn came up after a long wait, started speaking to us in the rudest way possible as if it was a huge favour we had asked. All this while grooving to some music or something. During our earlier visit this month, we purchased a membership hoping for a long term association with Envi as we reside close to the mall and have already spent over Rs.15,000 at the R-City Ghatkopar outlet in the last 15 days. However after the outright discrimination experienced by us at the outlet because of the rude customer attendant, I don’t think we are ever stepping back into this salon again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a lovely experience. Fahim was my hairstylist and Aarushi guided me with the entire experience here at Envi. They are awesome and I loved the experience of being here. My hairstyle was done extremely well and I feel great at the end of this session. Do check out this place in R city and many more outlets around your city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk is not at all helpful. Even after charging membership no clear instructions are given. No flexibility in services. They are acting as if they are doing some favour on customer. Bad for Envi to have such managers.The hair service was good but can be improved. Two star rating is for there desk manager's.
After giving review I got a call from envi and they did resolve my problem. I again visited envi and edited my review after today's experience as it was good .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a pedicure done here. A representative named Satish did it. It was a great experience. He was a perfectionist and made sure it was painless (cutting of cuticle can be painful if not done skillfully) and amazing. Helped me choose a vibrant nail polish and I was happy!
Looking forward to many more appointments!

I've done a lot of nailart before, but the first time I came to Anvi, the staff was very freely and specially my nailart was done by a boy SATISH I mean, its owsome, your work is really great, very professional and all the staff are also very nice.great service and salon was cleaning and sanitizer as well ....Thanku for anvi ?I look forward I would love to have your service ??☀️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited Envi Rcity for my Daugthers hair cut after a long time post corona and needed a trim and was suggested various different cuts. Since she has a curly hair we were not sure on how a short hair style would end up but were throughly convinced by the hair stylist that it would be end up perfect and applying loreal gel styling cream would make it look neat.(Over and above that was charged a higher fee for a different cut than a regular trim)
Firstly it wasnt a neat cut and then the stylist has cut her hair shabby and uneven at various points. It doesnt look a professional work.
Secondly cant apply a gel cream every day to keep it set. On a regular day it looks so uneven and bad that she needs to were a hair band to cover up the bad and shabby work done by your stylist.
My first experiance is the worst ever and would not recommend anyone for a visit. If i am paying higher chargers over and above the regular charges for going back home with a shabby look for the next 6 months till it grows its not at all acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give 0 stars if possible. Never come here if you want a haircut and have long hair. I specifically instructed their “senior hair stylist” Afzal Sheikh to NOT reduce my hair length and just give a trim. The so called senior guy gave much such a bad haircut…. He cut front half of my hair very short, and the back at its normal length.
Mr Afzal is very egoistic and overconfident, girls please save your hair from his hands. When I asked him why he cut my hair short when I clearly told him not to, he started lying straight to my face and came up with stupid excuses.
However, none of their apologies or excuses will give back the length which I grew for an year. I have never seen any such unprofessional and rude hair stylist, WHO DID NOT EVEN CONFIRM THE HAIR LENGTH BEFORE CHOPPING IT OFF.
Even the local salons know to ask and confirm with the client before cutting any small length of hair too.
Responding to Envi Salon’s message, I already lodged a complaint when this happened itself. Yet you have not contacted me or provided ANY SORT of resolution. So just stop with the pretentious and false messages and please hire people who actually know what to do, because cutting off someone’s hair so poorly is not a joke.
