★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PATHETIC COMPANY AND PEOPLE. NO MANNERS. TECHNICIAN ( SARDARJI TYPE) WAS VERY ARROGANT AND MISBEHAVED WITH MY FAMILY AT GURGAON WHEN I CALLED HIM FOR AQUAGRAND SERVICE AND FILTER CHANGE. Baat aisey kar raha tha jaisey hero hai aur bahut jaldi mein hai and ehsaan kara hai aakey.... AMC maangi toh manager call par haan bolta hai aur employee baad mein manager ko mana kar deta hai... kya baat hai... employee hi toh chala raha hai woh company... i would say these people are FAKE and they will not provide any bills, Their email address are all fake... BEWARE and dont waste your hard earned money pls.... better go for bottled water or eureka forbes, kent products.
best part is.. the owner reply would be like a broken record.

Kindly give the necessary details and directions for the installation of the same. Also give details of nearest service centre. I am residing Kochi (cochin) Kerala.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst purifier ever..it has not even been 6 months since we got it installed for 10k from an agent named Amit Sharma (Dwarka sector 22, Delhi)..giving water with bad taste and overflow and high TDS. We called the service guys. They came after so many calls and changed the filter and said its fixed. That night only it started leaking again and kept giving hard water. Called that guy again and he promised to come and see..never saw the light of him again...Finally he stopped receiving our calls all together..Now after calling other RO service guys they saying all the parts are low quality...atleast 3parts are not working..We had to pay and change all those again...The company duped us completly..i strongly advice people not to buy this product

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor after sales services .. A person called KUMAR sold it to us in bangalore and it has been giving problems since day one . And if we call him for service problem he says it would be a loss for him incase he comes and repairs it . Wouldn't recommend this product .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is a negative STAR, I prefer giving negative rating. I bought from Aqua tech marketing, Bangalore. they promised 6 services free and is mentioned in their service book too. The initial (attached) FILTER needs to be changed every three months, otherwise it is waste to have the AQUAGRAND. Initially during installation, they say 6 services are free, but never attempted at least once, It is more than one year, I am calling for service for the past 6 months, nobody turned up. When I called up, they say," we will come Tomorrow/Monday", but never turned up and it is a waste of time and telephone call. I never suggest any one to go for this.

this isnt enough for us if you are not sell your product on e commerce website then who sell them . you play a major role in cheating people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased Aqua Grand 10 Ltrs. grand +++ RO+UV+UF Water Purifiers from snapdeal on 2nd April 2016, Product delivered to me on 7th April.
After installation on 15th April 2016 it has worked for 1 week. From 23 rd April it is in dead condition.
No one from snapdeal / Brand has responded.
Please avoid online purchase of this type of products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horroble experience. I received their brand new RO plus UV 12 Litre Aquagrand water purifier & its most important part was missing i.e. RO membrane that purifies it was missing. Also, the water cabin was very dirty. I had to wash it using vim for like 10 minutes but still there are old plastic stains all over inside.
Customer service was also. Ot helpful about this.
