★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place to work but they do not maintain any SOP and lot of politics involved. No respect to fellow colleagues. I'm sharing my own experience so that no one else should face the same situation. I had been recruited by EMPRI for a period of 5 months for a project but unfortunately due to technical issues the project couldn't move on and that was not my problem because I was just a project associate. They blamed me for everything but it was their mistake as they were technically very weak. My contract got over in the month of march and the lockdown started during march end. My senior colleague told me that we had to work from home. Which obviously meant that they had extended my contract. Instead what they did was they made me work from home for two months and told me that I won't be paid for those two months as the contract was not extended. They do not pay you well and also they mock on your work, talk about you, doesnot respect you. They do not provide you with basic facilities that other colleagues get. They even restrict you not to take printouts. How silly is this? I took it to the higher officials but no one took this issue seriously. I had to face a lot mental stress and physical stress too. Money is important to everyone. They are not running some charity and I was not doing any social service to them. I had bills to pay too. I had to face this alone while I was away from my parents. None of my senior colleagues came to support. They didn't even bother. Infact they are the ones who try to pull you down. Everything has to change in this work place. Anyone who is being recruited here kindly be careful. Only good thing about this place is the location which is peaceful and calm.
