Highly inefficient staff.
Whatever you ask them. They will reply. Do it online. How the hell a common man supposed to do it if he cannot do it online

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the PF office today. They did follow all Covid norms and were helpful in giving information regarding claim of PF and Pension. They have a mike enabled near the window and one on the other end for the girl to assist on her desk. They also give claim forms is needed there. Entry to the building is prohibited for public and is only allowed under certain circumstances. Situated next to the Employee State Insurance Building, opp. Country Inn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have you ever spoken to third class employees, please feel free to call them. They are not eligible to address a small grievance. Even the assistant commissioner is lost in his world since he's never in his office and never entertains the retired personnels. May be he doesn't have the calibre to address grievances. I seriously have no idea how these people can get appointed to work in government organisation like this.

Arrogant behaviour of staff .
9:30 PF office should open but it gets open at 10 am and staff is not pangchul at the time . Specially sonam. Who works at PF claims . Government office are worst.
