Trainers are very helpful they give us proper guidance about workout as well as they suggest us good diet plan. Nice place to workout. Gym environment so hygienic and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best gym in yerwada. As a female teenager, I am having a great experience here. The trainers are extremely motivating and friendly. It's been 2 weeks I am coming here for my fitness and in these days I've never felt uncomfortable in front of a male trainer.
I've been searching for gyms since last 2 months, but didn't find a gym which focuses on women. When I came across this gym, I reached the trainers for my admission process and I found them extremely friendly because they did my admission process very smoothly. Also, I joint the next day itself and I am loving it now.?
To all the females who are looking for a gym,
I suggest you once visit EPOC.
