★ ★ ★ ★ ★ . They provided us with a free coupon of service which is still valid today but they refuse to acknowledge it and demands full money for service . Epson should think before giving the service contract . It brings bad name .
Your coupon does not mention any thing like bringing to service centre . Once your guy was already coming to my place for service during warranty period then why not now . ?? I agreed to pay the difference of amount for visit then your help desk replied that I should pay in full . How is that eligible ??
Very happy to share that mr paanu (owner)was very prompt in solving our issue .. misunderstanding at help desk was solved quickly with a outstanding polite behaviour .
