β β β β β After long search in our locality in Baidyabati finally I came to know about Equilibrium, the only Vertigo clinic of Hooghly District. With the treatment and excercise given to my mother she is almost cured of the vertigo she had for long time. Great place, nice facilities with minimum cost.

β β β β β I have to say iβm really thankful to all the staff n the doc of ENT clinic. I was suffered by vertigo probem n someone aware me about the ENT clinic .i went there and treat by the doc .nd staff. It was such a wonderful experience of my life .all the staff n the doc treat me in a good manner nd iβm full impressed .it was such a unexpected experience for me . The doctors even the staff also have a empathy nature.

β β β β β One of the best doctor for ENT. Was suffering from serious ENT problem which doctor Chatterjee solved in mins and suggested a drop which I can use when ever I have ear problem. He is spot on with his diagnosis and straight forward in the way he treats his patients which is what I like the most. My full family is completely dependent on him for any ENT issue, including my 8 ear old nephew who loves to visit him.. so cannot thank you enough. Thank you Dr Chatterjee.. keep up the good work!!

I was suffered frm a vertigo problem n I went to the ent clinic nd now I'm totaly satisfied by the treatment n still my medication curing Mee.
I never seen this type of dedication of doc aswel all their staff towards the curing the disease.
The doc nd the staff very polite towards the patients. n I'm full impress with them.
This clinic give all the facilites to patients
Nd all of them shows empathy instead of sympathy. These sort of nature is really means to me. I have to say,

β β β β β In my opinion, it's one of the best ENT clinics in Uttarpara, with the best of diagnostic facilities and very attentive staff. Dr. Chatterjee has an innate sense of empathy for the patients who visit for treatment.

β β β β β Except fatal cases, treatment of patient with full humanitarian approach is absolute necessary. When a doctor gives a too patient hearing and replies all the queries made about the disease as also other problems, if any, then 60 percent of the uneasiness in body, as felt by the patient, is gone. It is not prevalent nowadays. But Dr. Rahuldev Chatterjee, ENT Specialist of the Clinic, is a doctor who fulfils the above aspirations in absolute sense. His too personal approach to the appeared patients, making them understandable of the disease and medicines and also satisfying them with their any kind of queries are not seen when there is a trend of too professionalisation in all sectors. I have seen many doctors of repute in almost all sectors, but Dr. Rahuldev Chatterjee is totally quite exceptional. When he feels himself too satisfied for recovery of the patient, then only he fully assured the patient with "COMPLETE RECOVERY". β β β β β The people managing the clinic ( receptionist and couple of other folks) are extremely rude and equally useless. They have zero management capability and has no sense how to behave. I had visited this clinic 3 times in last 2 years or so, and these guys are increasing their stupidity level every meeting. There is no concern on the medical advice or the doctor and you will get the best treatment, just beware of these useless folks.
