★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven for someone going for a drink. The mall is famous for its many bars and alcohol retail stores. Other than that the complex offers several banquet spaces for marriage functions etc. Office space is also available on the upper floors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is infested with liquor shops. The entire ground floor is occupied with various government authorized liquor shops. During evening the parking is crowded with vehicles and persons who have come to purchase. At times, there are few who prefer to drink sitting in their car and their patrolling by police to take care of the menaces. Inside of the mall and on the first floor are few offices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only plus is the huge number of wine shops in the mall with almost all brands available. Plus there is the only 'LADIES ONLY' wine shop of the area. Apart from that decent banquet options with average resto bars. Nothing that excites or entices one to visit once again.
