I am a business owner in the East Bay and have been self-maintaining a Wordpress website for many years (even though I am not a developer). Last year, Wordpress released several new versions which rendered many of my pages unreadable. This was a very challenging situation since I had no idea how to fix these problems. Not only did he build me a fantastic website, but he is also on top of his emails with a very quick response time to my questions, and is up to date on site maintenance. I feel really secure having him host my site, knowing that he has backups if it breaks or is hacked.
