★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the 5 * reviews are seem to be given by company employee. Too many credit takers are in sales and marketing department. Work for more hours under the name of family organization which won't be counted. Probably, upper management is guided by some political mindset people and seems to be trusting them more than monitoring progress by himself on annual basis. Good company for starting your career. You will be monitored by some non reporting managers who probably only do politics by complaining you to others only. HR is good and so the canteen is. Some products are incompetent and illogical for 21st century but sill you will be blamed for their sales. Coworkers will get too much involved in your personal life and will consistently comment on your amenities.
