★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esha home solutions service is pathetic, they are totally money minded and truely unprofessional, they commit number of things before taking there commission in advance but does not response once you are trapped in there net. I would suggest that do not take any domestic help as they claim that are there old staff, but actually they pick random staff, which is not safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, they send girls for a month asking them not to disclose and no responsibility client keep on calling they don't respond, they take amount on leaving 1st girl and keep on giving new (to work)irresponsible girls and send their experienced girls to a place where the client is new or 1st service...
No responsibility their girl called police at my place to get leave disclosing ma'am told to do job for a month as I was in need of money & it was my sister's wedding after 6days they have still not given any girl neither concern....
They cheat on clients to get money..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever experience. They showed profile of a 48 year old Japa maid and sent a 60 years old one. Such a bad behaved Japa maid, talks ill all the time. Her name is Radha, please avoid hiring her. She does fine work for the baby but is very very bad in behavior. We are calling agency consistently but they are not picking calls or responding to any messages. We are stuck as we have made an advance payment as they insist in paying commission upfront.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service ever i seen Before, His employee Miss Neelam all the time doing misbehave and don't give any such good maid, whatever maid she provide even she don't know the cooking Guys my suggestion don't go for this agency even Neelam don't know how to talk with customers, all the time take with rudely behavior I don't' know what kind of agency they are running.
Just 3 months we taking a service and within 3 months they show is behaviour even whatever maid she provide all are fake and lier.
guys My suggestion whatever salary you give just give on her/his account transfer that i have done even i a have a contract letter also when she came from which date she joined.
Miss, Neelam she dont know how talk with customers/clients without any listening she disconnect a call. and arguing all the time.
guys, My suggestion don't go for this agency. worst and cheaper agency ever i seen before.
And his employee Neelam who's don't know what to talk with customer all the time talking very rudely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Promising assurances on phone but the maid we were suggested was not at all worth the money invested. Negative points for maid's behaviour, comments, rudeness, entitled and casual attitude, using her phone all the time, sleeping throughout nights, kissing my baby!!! Despite telling not to... And threats of better jobs available every now and then. So loud that I avoided confronting her and just dispatched politely within a month. Extremely dissatisfied. Owner is understanding but my maid experience was bad. So go at your own risk.
