★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This a wonderful guest house at the heart of the Dadar station area. Room is specious, neat & cleaned. Washroom is also very clean in condition. Only breakfast is being surved by the management but lunch & dinner need to be arranged by boarders. Tea & coffee is being surved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bang opposite to the Dadar station, the place is good for family. The rooms are kind of full and outdated. Prices are on higher side considering the proximity to station with A/C rooms in range of 2500-3000 compared to similar three star hotels in vicinity. Rooms are large though. Service is adequate and parking on premise is available (up to 3 vehicles).
Nothing to write about food from the guest house. Quiet good options at walking distance. Vicinity not so clean except for road facing.
Be ready to climb flights of stairs, no lift available. Service and front desk are polite and attentive.

It is easily reacheable.
It is at a few minutes walking distance from Dadar Railway Station.
Lots of restaurants are in the vicinity. Market place is also nearby.
The building is old school type. The vibes are like old times lodge. The lodge is kept neat and clean.
Room is spacious with attached toilet and bath. Study table with chair, cupboard, tea table with sofa and extra table to keep your stuff is available.

Location is prime .... Just out side of Dadar terminus
But... hygiene is very low..... Toilets are leaking .... Room cleanliness is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very reasonable price. Centrally located. Very old three storied building. No lift. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. No restaurant but lots of options just outside. You can order food online. Car parking available. Only problem is that it has old style ACs and some renovation is necessary.
