★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst experience in ESI, I gone for COVID test, but none of the stop responding properly and even after waiting for 3 hours no stop for covid test, if we ask any other stop no body is responding properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff and nursing is worst, they wont care the patient and also won't respond the attendees. If attenders enquiry regarding the condition of the patient they turned their face and won't talk with attenders. Especially who admitted by ESI reference they will suffer lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As i Experienced today here means, for the first time i saw, as soon as doctor got inside followed by trainee doctors, trainee doctors told me to wait outside.
If really doctor who takes care of the patient, he should ask about patients attender & attender can discuss with doctor about patient treatment given to him.
Doctors are not bothered here.
Higher authority should take action
Hospital is neat & clean, that is not enough ' they should keep patients also feel happy by treatment given to them.
