★ ★ ★ ★ ★ East to reach ... After viduth soudham you have to take right .. actually the toad itself names as esi hospital road ... Govt under control ..ok .. response not bad .. staff nature ok ..don't expect corporate treatment here ..but the building model is awesome

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instead of patient name they wrote the insured name in ESI,as my father's name and age as 54. After we went to kamineni hospital we will found the name as different. Again to change the name in ESI the nurse who is written all the patient names she was scolded me and my dad unnecessarily. It's a very bad experience we faced yesterday and today. And a suggestion from my side is please give the OP letters to every 1 hour.so that the patient will not wait up to 1.30 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There landline number doesnot work, travelled to ESI hopsital all the way 13 kms but in vain, Most of the Doctors are not available and the available ones are very rude and arrogant. it s better to suffer with pains rather getting their treatment. We are paying some amount from our salaries for ESI services and the staff behave as if we r slaves and availing free services . Hope, one day Government will react on this and teach some ethics and behaviour to the Doctors at ESI hopspitals, Gunadala.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is this the way a esi hospital is to be maintained.the staff are arogant.the localities is worst no proper maintenance,toilets are worst.
The mist shocking thing is the patient should stand in line everywhere like in patient registration,pharmacy and th procedure's are to much that the patient him/herself has to attend in person .how come a patient do all these things .
The blood test lab no words to explain such a worst.is this the way to maintain a hospital for poor people.
That is the reason everyone shows interest to go to private hospitals even it is expensive.
Please think about the govt hospitals

Staff need at least minimum patience .Need to change the system and infrastructure also it is too old the sealing is broken and need to repair it and coming to the toilets most n most worst.Train toilets are 200% better than them govt need to change it
