★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met wd Dr. Lumna (Jerk lady), my mistake ws, i picked call at the room, she shouted at me as badly as she could, i appologized, she was was still firing at me, she called me batmeez, i ask hr wht batmeezi i hv done wid me, she said u told its OK, it show hw poor she is dont evn knw exat meaning of batmeezi, ppl wer being harassed here by her, why is happening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No management of people. Very crowded place. People have no manner and staff of esi either not present or non-cooperative. My first and last visit to this place. Esi staff should be present and manage the queue. Most of the people doesn't stand in queue or line. They over take the queue or line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit so many times, but the result is same that the staff has no manners and they don't respect the patients. However I request to government please take a big action against them. Most of the people says they don't suggest or don't help to provide the benefits if ESIC.
Werest dispensary in Noida.the time of this esic dispensary is only 9AM to 3PM, and Saturday they are saying our timing is 10am to 1pm .......please update the time and visit for inspection to check the ground level situation...... ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cross many times this place , always I find huge rush , too many people are standing in queue and waiting for their turn to get medicine. Any employee who is paying ESIC contribution from their salary is eligible to get treatment from ESIC Hospital and then can get medicine from dispensary. Not only employee also their dependents can get medicine from here.
Good things which I like about this place are:
1. Every class of society with ESIC card can avail free medicine in need.
2. Government is providing this facility and also people are getting this is good part.
3. You can get almost all generic medicine for flu, cough, pain, etc.
4. Employee and their dependents also can avail this facility.
Things I don't like about this place are:
1. Infrastructure is not too good , need so much renovations walls are broken, discolour.
2. Queue is not managed, sometimes people start quarreling in between.
3. Out of three only one counter is in service need to be at least two of them in service this will help in quick service to needy and also queues will be managed.
4. Some medicines are not available sometime and people have to purchase it from market this should be obsoleted and authority should keep eye on inventory this will help the poor one specially.
5. Drinking water facility is not there. This is one of mandate things management should arrange.
Overall I would say that place is helping the needy one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very lazy and slow process and entry staff are very old person so I request govt change these person old to new young blood person. And medicine provide staff are very lazy allways talk to together and time waste and only one proper open one window always close and many rushless patients in ESIC dispensary so I think govt. Solve these problem for public and patient.
