★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are paying for the service but the staff behaviors are not good. We need to wait too much, opd closes after 2pm which is really a unusuall thing because where will a patient go if he or she comes after 2 pm.
This is system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ESIC ki halat bahut kharab h jab tak inki formalities puri hingi tab tak patient ki jaan chali jaegi or enko koi farak nahi padega
One of my relative is roaming here an there with a cancer patient in Sahibabad ESIC office to get permission for treatment but from last three days he is struggling like any thing no officer is bothered about the same.
I request to government and ministry to look into this as the contribution going to ESIC is more than a medical policy premium
