But the process of approval and visit for specialist doctor is very time wasting.
We need to wait for 4-5 hours just to get approval reference letter.
Every visit need to submit xerox documents and photo id again.
Till now we have submitted 30 photo and 90 xerox in last 24 months.
Hoping that One day ESIC will go paperless and save trees.
One time registration is fine but dont ask hard copy every visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Treatment is quite good,but there is no hygiene.hospital gave only one dress to wear throughout the treatment untill paitent get discharged and even allowed to wear there own clothes them how come paitent recover if there is self hygiene?
Doctors come for rounds after two days,nurses dont even know the doctors names and there is no lock in females washroom, toilets were uncleaned .people waiting for there prescription for 3,4 days to get test done but no responses untill they just has to lie on bed till they received the same .very bad services.people paying to get good treatment frm esic hospital but it's very disappointed to see these things in govt insurance hospital.
