★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad service. Doctors & Laboratory representative treat like a Dog. Very rudhly behaviour. No Body guide to patients. Even husband not living with wife at female diagnostic Center.Blood test reports will receive after 2 days.
Where we complaint, No any desk Found. Why we are paying for this poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every month a small dedection from salary in hope to get good services in ESIC hospital, but whenever I was there I found cheated.
Guards are like bouncer no way of talking doesn't matter of age.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ESIC hospital is a referral hospital for many institutions across India as it offers all kinds of treatment options for all patients either children or adults. Located on Ajmer road 2km from main railway station. Very big in size and offers opd and ipd for all. Remain open from 10 AM to 4 Pm with lunch from 2-3 pm. Good free parking facilities many restrooms and toilet, facilities for drinking water available. Ambulance available. Emergency department available. They offer free treatment as is for ESIC eligible staff only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything else is fine, but the behavior of doctors is very bad, especially that of a female doctor.
The behavior of doctors is very bad. I wish I was on a higher post, I would have put a board in front of this hospital and wrote on it that if the doctors did not treat anyone well, then contact us and then the doctors would be punished for such behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my mother ( i.e Ratan Kanwar ) cataract surgery done for the first time in this hospital on 8th Feb 2022. It was a great experience. I really appreciate and many thanks to Dr, Harish Dulani who have done the eye operation of my mom very well, he is very professional & handle the patient very well & listen to patient very calmly . I am very much satisfied with our experience I wish them much happiness and blessings. I will always remember the care of Dr.Harish Dulani and their supporting team.

The condition of building is not good. It has created a health or safety risk. This broken building may cause health and safety problems for patients. Lift is not working properly patients are facing lot of problems.The large cracks in the wall. ESIC means brand But the Hospital is not clean Duty floor washroom were not clean . At least you should go and visit ESIC. It can be harmful to peoples who are visiting in this building and nearby also. With the passage of time
It is becoming more disheveled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in evening around 7pm to visit my cousin as he was admitted. No staff was on reception, no proper lights were on outside the building. It was hardly visible. Although, hospital was clean, few staff members in whole building don't know how they deal when any kind of emergency occur. Either they should shift patients at nearby rooms or increase the staff facility.
Also, lift button was not working properly. This facility they are giving, are not giving for free. It's time and hard work they give to state. State government should facilitate them properly.
