★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service All times Poor And Very Slowly Operations in the Hospital And As Usual Staff Is Not Co-operating.Specially For main registration window. And All Times Medicines are Not Available in the Hospital.Poor People where are Going to purchased expensive medicine.they don't hv Money for purchasing Expensive Medicines And The Second Thing is plese Do Respect Every Person Some time they're are Not Giving Respect to the Attendant and Patience Also cause they're Poor. Please I Suggest to the CMO Please Check it out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infrastructure was there but staff working ZEAL was missing. None of them were in hurry to start work although they started late by 45 minutes.
But all staff members were extremely polite and humble. Only minis point is that there is no Covid helpline in this Model Hospital bcoz a person can enquire before coming down. A dedicated phone line with operator should be kept for the benefit of general public at large.

Dear healthcare workers,
I’m writing to share my gratitude, admiration and congratulations to the entire team that is managing the administration of COVID-19 vaccines at ESI Hospital Industrial Area Phase-2, Ram Darbar, Chandigarh.
I’m tremendously grateful to the heroes below Heroes. They are working unbelievably hard, and so often they don't get much acknowledgement and of course all the other task force members.

I’m truly grateful to Miss Varinder Kaur for being so generous, extraordinarily helpful, and good-natured. As you can imagine, the vaccine process and requirements are intricate and complex, but she is navigating those details skillfully. She has gone above and beyond to help people and answer their questions. She is so approachable and has treated people with respect under such pressure.
I also want to recognize Mr. Nishant His attention to detail, and trouble-shooting skills are outstanding. He assisted me with my vaccination certificates through his expertise. He is so considerate and always happy to help in person or on the phone.
I also want to recognize Dr. Minni for her leadership and expertise in managing the team. She is such a wonderful compassionate doctor who is addressing people with a smile and that’s the true meaning of what a doctor is supposed to be for the patient. She is to be commended.
With deepest sincerity, I want to thank you all for risking your lives for us day in and day out. Frontline workers like you deserve our respect, encouragement, and praise for doing what you do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good dr.staff & nursing staff but there is totally slow system even you can say failure of system. There computer not working properly servers also down many of time in a single day. My father is admitted there for 10 day's . When my father get discharged from here they take 60 hours to complete the process of discharge. In the city's any hospital discharge process take almost 2-4 hours. Here is the big system failure in the hospital.

Thanks to Dr.Mini malhotra & her nursing team for giving greatest service to my son shauryaveer and all the patients.I am very thankful to this hospital for curing my son’s health problem with his skillful treatment.I Wish the team a Grand Success, a bright future and good speed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condition of esic hospital is getting worse. Even doctors do not come on time. The time is 8:30. Come at 9:00 and there is no such facility here. Staff people also do rudely Whereas every month there is deduction out of the employee salary. Despite that, the hospital is getting in such a bad condition.It seems to me that the seniors here should visit esic hospital
