They helped diagnose the problem with the keyboard and got it replaced in 2 days. Their pricing is ok but they can be a bit more helpful if they updated their customers once the work is done and the laptop is ready for delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best place to get your laptop repaired. Very knowledgeable and polite staff and technicians. My HP keyboard was not working and had to replace it. Unfortunately HP has only one authorized service center in Bangalore who's review score is all negative. I tried to find out with some other HP outlates who refused to have that model keyboard which is only 1.5 years old. ESN helped me arrange the keyboard with backlight quickly. The service was so quick that I delivered laptop at 4pm on Thursday and they repaired and gave back at 11AM on Friday. They called me from their end and I did not have to make any follow up. Price charged is very affordable and have got GST bill with 1 year warranty. Would suggest to visit for sure.

Ranjan who fixed my laptop did a great job and also suggested suitable upgrades for my laptop. Appreciate the quick resolution and I highly recommend this place for laptop repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off my Asus ROG laptop here for keypad replacement, RAM upgrade and battery replacement. Mr. R at the reception was thoroughly responsive, friendly. Offered me quotes on the spot at time of collection, subsequently received the laptop in top shape after 3 days. Final charge matched exactly what was quoted. Received new keypad, battery and ram with 3 yrs. warranty. Would definitely recommend this service centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s an excellent laptop service centre. The technicians and staff are genuine, they offer best services and do not charge unnecessarily.
I went here with an issue in my laptop camera. They diagnosed and fixed it without even taking much time. I am thankful to them as I could get back and resume work without any time delay.
Also, I am glad that I didn’t go to the other service centres who would take more than a day to fix simple issues like this and charge you a lot.
