★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased Kohler articles from this shop. The plate is missing in all three boxes. I don't know whether it provided by them or not or my labour has misplaced it. But I am ready to buy plate again and near the cost. But on reaching customer care I came to know that this model is discarded by the company and mr Varun from ess ell sons have not tell anything about it and even stopped picking my phone.
Verry bad customer support. They just have the policy of selling the things and not cared about anything else...very bad experience..
