Hard earned money Rs.60 lac already paid but neither there is any sign of handing over of flat nor management is responding to any communication nor making the payment of damages for not delivering the flat within the agreed period of three years. This investment has ruined my financial position.

Members of the Ess Vee Apartments Home Buyers’ Association today protested against the promoters of the company for their “failure” to give possession even after taking payment several years ago.
Pawan Rawal, Gurcharan Singh Baidwan, Rattan Goel, SC Dhamija, association president, vice-president, secretary, and finance secretary, respectively, said the government should freeze the bank accounts of the company’s managing director. They said the case would come up in the court on July 9 and they feared that the promoters might flee the country and dupe the investors of several crores.
