★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sukhwinder, considers himself a yoga master. Ask him about traditional yoga and he will make you do squads. LOL! Anyways, I wasted my fees for the entire month by attending his three classes. He made the class recite 'shanti mantra' while in shava asaan. Try this at home, how it is to chant om while lying down. It was funny to see the class doing the postures of surya namaskar. Rather than one step getting merged into another, every single posture of surya namaskar was incorrect. Even if he knows. how to do it, this athlete (not yoga master) never corrects his so called disciples.
Please check on youtube how these yoga asaanas are performed. There are better yoga options in Gurgaon rather than visiting this physical education student.
