★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i had a very very bad experience at Essel Finance VKC Forex Ltd surat branch at Rajhans Plaza, ghod dod road. i went to exchange few hongkong dollars and dirham. the man on the counter gave me amount in denomination of Rs. 500. i took it and left the place. when i reached to my office i had to give money to someone and i saw one note torn from the corner. i immediately called Mr. Jignesh and told him about the incident. he at once refused to change the torn note and said it was my responsibility to check the notes when i was on the counter. fair enough, i asked him to check his office's CCTV footage which was set on the counter. he said notes and face should be together, i said i could come right away check the footage and confirm. but he then refused to even check CCTV footage. i argued with him that the same policy is applied to him/staff that they should accept currency notes only after checking. why did they didn't check the notes while accepting or giving??? i don't have any proof that can prove that i am right but he has CCTV footage and can check if i am wrong. i lost Rs. 500 without having even chance of checking the facts. this proves that they they knew the note was torn and though they gave it to me and i couldn't find out it as i was in hurry that time. Mr. Jignesh, it's not about rules and policies all the time, you lost my trust because you don't trust your customers. for amount of Rs. 500 i would not lose my fortune, but you would lose the trust and goodwill.. i will strongly suggest people not to go to Essel Forex (Surat Office).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Very poor, My rating for Essel Finance VKC Forex for vadodara location and its 0/5. Today i spoke with sapan who one of the emplyoyee over their and he gave me rate after confirming his supervisor name Fatehsigh and one you are agree to deal with them and you go there. Once you go their , location manager Jobby Isac start plyaing game and he start telling their employee that did you check rate at upper lever and bla bla. After short play manager offer you 50 to 70 paisa less and you feel lost. They make clints moron and they think we are. Thats same think happen with my other friend and today with me. Thats why i recommond people to dont go their and give them business.
