It's a good project in the vicinity of Narayana Superspecialty Hospital. One can easily reach central parts of Kolkata from here within minutes. It might get completed in mid 2024-early 2025 according to current projections. Will consist of 6 blocks (18/19 storeyed), playground, garden, swimming pool and several other amenities. There will be more than 300 apartments.

Very good location in terms of connectivity,by looking at the works going on and demo I assume the quality is good too. Its' a premium price and a bit premium complex. But the location is not that beautiful to look at. I don't think the river will be visible as much as shown in ads,but for those who are coming from Kolkata side,its great. As we already have a full size house near it, but didn't have garage and broad roads we were interested to move into a complex but 3 bhk starts from 80 lacs including all extra charges,so its a no for us. Spending this much just for a garage and renting out was not reasonable to us. But will recommend to others coming from elsewhere and who will have this one as their maiden property in the city.

Great location at the lap of 2nd Hooghly bridge connectivity is very good with hospital railway station schools and B garden all located within a km.Project work is in full swing seems will be a value for money project for people staying in this vicinity.

A Upcoming Building Project in Shalimar, Howrah. First of all the property is at Howrah near Nabanna... so definitely there will be a security issues after shifting of Nabanna to its original place MAHAKARAN. Their minimum size flat is 2.5 bhk... Which is extremely costly according to the location. The builder... PERIWALL group had no previous experience of project in kolkata. It's their first project in kolkata. So there is significant risk benefit ratio for such huge investment. As the builder is quite unknown in the market so the quality of the property is almost unpredictable.... Unpredictable property with a highest price ??

A good housing complex with all amenities upcoming in the junction of Vidyasagar Setu and Abdul Road. Accessibility wise although being in howrah it's linked in a much better way to Kolkata South & Central than other far fangs of Kolkata.
