★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic organization to work for. No proper communication system for employees to reach out to administration. Salary delay without any proper reason. Unprofessional managers andar HR. Lot of Salary deduction from ctc in the name of Pf and all. Join only if u r not getting work anywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That was my biggest mistake when I joined a company on the payroll of this consultancy . At the time of joining they told that they provide a medical card but they didn't provide that in 2 years. So, I worked for 2 years on their payroll but there is no benefit nothing else they said they do this & that but nothing. They are not responsive at all i always call but no one picked that. Also when I left the company they did not pay for my paid leave balance. They have cut unnecessary salary amount in my CTC. Really very disappointed :(

if you want work only with this company it all is ok but IF YOU WANT SALARY FOR YOUR WORK then you are in wrong place buddy. Because this company leading in work only there have not any SALARY policy . Eteam and it's HR (Sweta, Aishwarya etc.) No one are professional. They never reply your mails , especially regarding Salary.
There are eating their employees SALARY.
I work for 2 months but did not gave me Salary yet .
They have some dates if you ask for Salary they will give next nearest date like 1, 7,15
But they never give salary
They will hold your salary without any proper reason.
They are misleading a worst company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional company who doesn't give salary on time. Beggar company. HR people like Deepinder Mondawel are just there to sit there as termites eating company in every mail as observer but not responding. Director ( I guess his name is srijit are idiots running this company as Desi company) who should be fired on first instance who doesn't know how to be proactive and resolve queries. Other idiots in HR like Mehra are 10th fail gwaars who don't know how to resolve any issue timely and inform client's after resolving issue! These termites are spoiling reputation of company ( if they have any) and management doesn't take action? All investors should withdraw their money if management can't bring accountability because it leads to company's doom sooner or later!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked here 1.5 Years without any increment as a best performer and when I resigned they didn't provided me my last 8 months incentives which was pending and delayed from organization end. Making the same excuse that I'm not eligible. Once you resign this organization they will not respond on your calls and emails and also HR of this organization doesn't know anything. I would not recommend anyone to join organization as they will treat you like a slave. In short dusro ke haq ka paisa khaate hai yaha pe sab.
HR doesn't knows anything,When you will be serving your last working day you have to share an reminder to them for the exit formalities also when you will them something they will tell you to connect with RM, And Head he will not respond on your emails, and Your Manager will make you fool and Virtual Head will not join those call which employees facing any issue's. Also they will not accept your buyout or early release request by stating that we don't treat equally and for Incentives payment they provided one of my colleagues and not me. The incentives amount was approx more than 1 Lakh but khaa gaye sab mehnat ka paisa, I wish ye company jaldi hi band ho jaye bcz karma pays you back?
