★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel really disgusted and had to rate low due to pathetic after sales service and incorrect ledger. I almost got heart attack after checking my ledger in the portal. It is showing my payment due for possession dated December, 2019 where it is still under construction. Also it is showing huge interest pending. However, I have always made my payment on time. The query I raised in the portal is also remains unattended for 48 days.
Latest update after more than one month: Its been more than one month I have sent email asking a revised ledger and to explanation of huge interest that is showing on the customer portal. I called several time to Ankita who is in charge of block 1. She assured to give that before Durga Puja. But it was all lies. Have not received the correct ledger yet. Feeling so frustrated. Before purchasing the flat they were so nice and responsive. But now its so pathetic to deal with them. I will discourage people to buy any property from Srijan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rightly said by reviewers in earlier post, worst post sales services. New buyers must think twice before doing any business. Publicity and show off of things might lure some people but ground realty is always in questions. One more thing you are not allowed to visit your flat in between untill you get possession after paying final payments. This is some thing new I have experienced here.

And yes, @Owner of this group/page, please don't ask me write my concern to your mail id again just for the sake of publicity. Do your work properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge huge amounts of unethical interests from the fellow owners without any solid proof. Construction quality is below average, only they have built the clubhouse with utmost care.
Srijan Management as well as Post Sales Team is worthless and of no use.
Srijan Connect program is a fraud, no transparency is maintained.
The SRIJAN MANAGEMENT seems reluctant even after escalating my issues to the highest hierarchy of management to the concerned departments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place. Reasonable flat price. There isn't a open play area for kids. It's just club house. Play area, Gym, meditation room all the things are under one roof in Club House.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 11.04.22 when I came to my flat I found the area is totally water logged informed Mr FM ,he send a person who cleaned the water.As soon as it was clean again it got water logged.Again I complained Mr FM send a plumber he noted the and Mr FM promised me that by 48 hrs he will do the needful. Today ( 24.04.22) when I came I found again the total area is waterlogged. Now Mr FM is saying as he has less staff he will do the work by tomorrow.This is the condition after paying all charges we are getting this service.
