I had loads of negative thoughts history of traumas break ups failures. I could never think anything positive. Dr Sharma with his counseling psychotherapy and hypnotherapy gave me complete clarity of thoughts, positive mindset and motivation. He acted like my life coach. I now take decisions I have energy and live a happy life. My personal life married life job and social life all improved.
