Took it for repair again and never got it till now
Irresponsible service. Number doesn't work at all.
Just fake people.
Please never give your TV for them to service.
You won't get the service or TV for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TV taken for repair on 17-3-21 and still not deliverd, phones are diverted , no response and now we lost our TV and money of Rs.5000. we are filing the police compliant for cheating case. please careful while dealing with this people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a even single star eligible!!! Worst ever service.! Fake people all in.. my humble request one who thinking to take service from this poor service provider - pls do not go.
1. They will not care about ur product, pick by 2wheeler no package no safety measures
2. No gaurantee that they will return ur product or not
3. If ur outstation, then Ur not eligible to call the great bangalore office number.
4. Cheater centre. Dont believe! dont believe.!
5. Thank god i recieved my product back as it is but only change is original display glass replaced with damage one. Which i meant before submission 30% issue after service 80% vertical black lines. Great work by ETRO(Ever not Trust RO) - THANK YOU ..!..

Should have read the ratings here before giving my TV to them. Worst experience ever!
They took my 49" PANASONIC LED TV within a few hours of calling and took forever to return it despite repeated calls. They even carried the TV on a two wheeler which in my opinion is just reckless.
They could not fix the TV, so they returned it (like many other customers on this review page). However they had destroyed a perfectly good panel (which is an expensive part to replace) by mishandling the TV. To cover their tracks they had cello-taped the panel to the body of the TV.
I never take the effort to write bad reviews, but this just had to be done in the hope that people don't make the mistake I made. Please GO TO YOUR AUTHORIZED TV TECHNICIAN EVEN IF IT COSTS MORE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst service this is the worst experience this is the worst scam which can be done by anyone, why on earth are these kind of people existing spoilt my tv reckless people no work discipline useless people forget taking service from them don't even look at their face useless people they are not even authorised by any company which they promise to give service for reckless people don't go for their service I'm feeling bad for myself for giving them 1star rating they are not even worth a 0.1 start .
