★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in the morning around 8am and registered my complaint, but the guy who was on the other side didn't register my complaint. It is so unexpected. Then again I called up in the evening regarding the same, then only I come to know that....my morning complaint was not registered.
I am not at all happy with the customer care service. They themselves didn't enquire about the service. Today also they told me in the evening that your problem will resolve after 7 to 8 days.
Please took some necessary actions to resolve my problem as soon as problem.
