★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never, ever, trust this Company ; you will be totally deceived.
My son, in Bangalore, with a lot of enthusiasm, listened to all the impressive talks of the Sales Agent and immediately ordered for the Installation.
A few days later, the Technicians came and installed it.
But from the next day, it started Leaking and the entire Kitchen Floor became slippery.
The Help Desk was called, but no one would respond.
Finally, the Sales Agent was called, but he immediately washed off his hands. He said that he was only responsible for selling it and that complaints would need to be addressed to the Technical Department.
However, after repeated calls, someone was kind enough to come on the line.
The Technician came, did something and claimed to have rectified the problem, but, from next day, it was not just leaking, it started heating up to a dangerous level.
The System had to be switched off and again the attempts to reach out to the Help desk had to go on for another round. Again some one came, did something but nothing was rectified.
He blamed it on the high pressure of water from the tank that was common to all the Apartments in that Building.
Wonder what the Customer could do about the Water pressure.
However, no reason was given as to why it was heating up.
We are thus stuck with a useless name sake Filter, that we have hardly used and which we are never going to use, for the danger of a Fire Hazard it can cause.
Neither are they offering a Replacement.
This our earnest warning to those contemplating on getting the same brand :
Don’t ever get trapped by this Company for the following 3 reasons :
1) They will try not to answer your calls
2) Only when pestered by repeated attempts, if you have the time for it, finally someone will reluctantly pickup.
3) The Technician who does not know his job, will finally appear, claim to have fixed the problem, and still, the next day, you will find the same problem, persistent as ever.
Therefore, to save your money and time, find a better Company, that is more reliable and known for its credibility and efficiency and honesty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star coz no option of negative rating..... after sales eurekaforbs ll not recognise the customers.... no point dropping the mail to the hr or service head. They doesn’t help their WhatsApp no also has pathetic response. Did u guys ever wonder even when you are the oldest in the industry you don’t have very good hold on market.
Reasons..... u follow the technology after someone else launches.... after sales service.... there are other companies who ll call customer for service and you guys don’t bother even when customer is trying to contact.... probably my worst decision ever to buy a eurekaforbes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service, Till sales happens Eureka forbes are good later...forget never get service, Accessories never available.. It's Been 11months 43 followups, 8visits to outlet escalated to HO still did not got service, accessories. I keep getting calls to purchase new for exchange... Company care gives all fake promises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a cheating like experience, when I took my vacuum cleaner for repairing here. The machine was not working as power was not flowing into the machine. With whatever little knowledge I have, I guess it is a small and simple fix that is required. They checked the machine and within 5 minutes came back to me for motor replacement. ( I wonder how they could even open it in 5 mnts). The cost for the motor replacement was Rs 3000. They also gave me an option for exchange the old for new. Having known their trick, I took it outside and got it repaired for just Rs 450 and it is working fine now. These guys have a revenue generation target and hence try every ways to trick customers and generate revenue. So be on your guard and stay away.

After 1 day , water started leaking from purifier which is damaging my kitchen interior works and kitchen cabinets. No response from engineer and no response from eureka forbes after making multiple complaints. better avoid eurka forbes. worst service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service, purchased Aqua Guard Aura water purifier in the month of October 2021 and called for an installation, at the time of installation got to know from the technician that PCB of the machine is damaged/ not working before installation it self. From then till date we are still chasing the company for a resolution. Customer service team will just play around transferring the calls between departments with no solution. Once they get to know we are calling continuously worst part is they will stop answering the calls.
Please do proper reviews before purchasing any product from Eureka Forbes, post purchasing forget about customer service, which is not in Eureka Forbes company dictionary.
Posting my concern publicly expecting atleast someone will respond.
