β β β β β Very bad experience. We purchase AMC for purifier and many a time the mandatory service is not happened and even though the service engineer update that this has been done. While running for support u r just beating the bush.

β β β β β Never ever buy Eureka Water filter. The service is extremely poor. The technician Namely Amit took Rs 5100 from me for filter change and it has been 15 day's since then he neither receives my call nor any customer representative helps me out.

β β β β β I purchased a WATER PURIFIER(EUREKA FORBES WP AQUAGUARD CRYSTAL NXT UV+) on 18-11-2020 with a lot of trust in this company but I was wrong. This is the worst product I ever purchased and this is the worst company with zero percent customer satisfaction. After I bought this product within ONE MONTH the machine stopped working and started giving problems. I contacted the customer service, the technician that came home said that the filter of the machine needs to be replaced. I was shocked but I asked the technician will it work after filter being replaced, He gave me assurance that It will work properly for atleast one year.I PAID 1700 rupees for the replacement. After 15 days of usage the machine again stopped working.When i complained the same technicians visited and asked to change the filter again . On my refusal he asked me to call his senior authorities . Since then I contacted the customer support team numerous times but my problem wasn't resolved. Many technicians came home opened the machine checked it and said to replace the filter again it was the second time in 2 months that they told me to replace the filter. If I replace the filter every month according to what your technician says I would be spending 25000 rupees on this worthless machine. I don't know how your technicians work but my issue was never resolved and still they always closed the complaint from their end and I had to call again to reopen the complain. I am again saying that this is the worst company with the worst customer service. One day after many efforts my call was connected to a higher official in your ASHRAM BRANCH DELHI. Rather than solving my issue and looking into it she said that your warranty is expiring in November, I don't know what kind of customer service is this. I haven't used my water purifier from the last 6 months. You can still check using my number that the last complaint I made was on 17th AUG'2021 which hasn't been resolved yet. I am buying 20 lt water bottles every day just to fulfil my need of drinking water. In your ad you show share 5 lt water with your neighbours but I myself haven't got 1lt water out of this machine.REALLY REALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTED .

β β β β β Worst service. After 10months of buying the Water Purifier - UV + RO, it started giving problem & not working. We have lodged complaint 4 times in last one month, but no one visited till date. How can they be irresponsible with such basic necessities like Drinking Water.
While buying if you call Eureka Forbes, you will start getting thousand calls from their Sales Team daily, but when the product is giving problem, no one will visit.
