★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased Dr. Aquaguard in August 2015(last year). It was serviced in February 2016 and since then there is a problem arising in it. I complained about the problem to their service center. They sent a technician who didn't had any clue as how to resolve. He just opened it closed and then gone by just saying that it is fixed. Now, i complained for same issue again after couple of days and demanded a senior technician this time. But guess what same technician was sent and he did same process and told us it is resolved. I again put for complaint 3 rd time but this time no one came. No after that I have put complaints to their service center twice and no one come to repair the aquaguard. I am seriously fed up and i don;t know what to do now. This purifier right now is juts hanging and doing nothing at my home. So basically I complained about same issue 5 times in last one month and still no resolution is done yet
