★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First they don't know how to dismantle your appliances, they will simply apply force or would cut off the wires to take out appliances.
Second there packing quality is pathetic, no sense what should be wrapped and how it should be wrapped
Third there is no co-ordination among themselves. They usually give the work to other vendor who will pack and pick the household goods from origin and some other vendor will unload the goods at destination location. However the first vendor and second vendor doesn't know who will pay them for there work.
The guys who will come to unload and assembly the furniture does not know how to assemble it and will not carry any tools as well.
My suggestion, NEVER go for this packers and movers ?

On rebooking, the service was fantastic, and the drivers were polite, efficient, and the whole move was a breeze because of this. You could tell they had packed the goods really carefully, and they helped unload which made everything much easier.
Despite the initial problem, we would definitely use them again.
