★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic staff and management. We don't live in Balangir so had called prior visit. We were asked to come at 6.30pm. After we reached, we were asked to wait, we waited and waited till 7.30 still no response from anyone in the reception. The reception guy kept ignoring us and then because of the rush, he fled upstairs. We were frustrated and left the place. We didn't consult the doctor so can't comment on him but hope he manages his staff properly.
I am being gentle and not showering abuses. But this is the worst medical facility I have visited in my entire life.
