★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a joke in the name of customer support, charges unusual costs to provide services that are absolutely disappointing, persuades a customer to pay an advance and then can't even complete the task within the promised time. Seeing such awful quality of the service centre it's became clear to me how I should've never gone for a product from MOTO/LENOVO a big big thumbs down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff Behaviour good. Seating capacity good. But you will not get free service under warranty. You will be charged for service if your device is in warranty period also. The damaged, will be proved nicely by them so be prepare to pay the labour and spare charges if device is under warranty. My 5 months lava tab with a charging problem has been proved damaged and had been charged for changing charging socket and labour. You have to pay Rs. 118/- to get the estimate value, which is non refundable, in case you deny to fix the problem. The price of spares are high than the local market. So the person with a hope of free service, visiting there must be aware that, the so called authorised service centre is there to get money out of your pocket.
