There are labours in the parking lots which clean the window-sills and maintain the cleanliness of your vehicle. The electrician and plumber are always available in the enterence of the gate so if you need any help they're just downstairs. A gas pipeline is also available in every apartment so you don't need to go and look for a gas agency to provide you a gas cylinder, just go the the manager and sign-in your name with a form. The bus stop is just outside the gate a step away. Across the South wall of this place is the Maxfort School, so you don't need to drop your children to the school. They just need to go downstairs outside the gate. Everything is nearby with the Metro Station and a school nearby. Great and peaceful place to live in.
