★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the store has a decent variety of items, I’ll rate them low particularly for 3 things-
(1) Their customer service. It’s quite sad. To the extent that we got blamed for damage while exchanging some items. Turns out that it was a design from manufacturing and was there in every piece. They refused to believe us initially. And the way it was pointed at, was both disappointing and insulting. Terrible customer experience.
(2) The location is always packed and crowded. There’s no place to park your car
(3) Rates appear relatively high and non negotiable. Kotla is way better
All in all, I’m not going back in there again. And would recommend others to opt for an alternative shop. Hope they improve their service before they start losing more customers
