But anyways the services are 5star compared to other parlours in Banaras

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The welcome is itself so depressing..they make you feel unwanted unless you are their old customer may be..if you smile and greet, you get a frown in return..parlour services are secondary but if you are going to a place for any service you should feel welcome but here you would feel just the opposite..even the services was bad..the lady had some visibility issue I guess as I had to show her atleast 15 times that she had missed..it was a bad idea to have tried the parlour after long..few things dont change with tme and so does arrogance..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Christine did horrible makeup and made me look like a white ghost on my bro's wedding day. We asked her to redo lipstick twice, yes TWICE. I regret not keeping that Pic of mine. But horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. I got my nail extensions done and I am so disappointed. To begin with they used fevikwik to stick my nails and had no good nail paints, they had no clue about high end products, but the prices were very high, not just that after my nails were removed they got so brittle that I literally can’t use my nails for anything. So disappointed that I shall never dare to take service from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This parlour ruined my sister's wedding day. They are totally unprofessional. They will overbook customers and later will not give time. They are partial. Regular customers get importance and preference. The charges also vary for them. Also they just don't care about you and your day.
