★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very skeptical to visit this form of therapy initially. Session one was a positive experience for me and I was prompted to go further ahead with my sessions with Ms Sanghavi.
There was a process which involved testing and then some brief understanding on the test results followed by treatment protocol. I was quite happy with this structure provided. Just felt more professional.
My sessions are still going on and am getting better. It’s a slow process of growth and I have felt much relief already...
Strongly recommend such professional help in terms of mental health when one requires it..
A shoutout to people to go ahead for one while contemplating about it.
It does help you slowly and steadily!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Her method of diagnosis is different. She relies more on psychometric test results for evaluation rather than listening to what exactly the client has to say. While I was letting her in on my problems I was interrupted quite few times by her mentioning that the information which I was conveying was irrelevant for diagnosis. I expected her to listen to me completely and then tell me what was relevant or irrelevant. Her body language offended me as I could see a boring look on her face, she was busy looking at her cellphone and I also found that the glass walls in her clinic had air gaps which made me worried about the confidentiality of my information. I expected her complete attention but instead I felt somewhat unheard and unimportant. I do credit her for her excellent diagnosis but I expected her to help me vent out which I couldnt. I had high expectations from her but she did not fulfill them completely. I have decided to refrain from further visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nipa is a phenomenal counsellor. I visited Evolve clinic with certain issues and was extremely apprehensive, however in the first visit itself i was extremely comfortable talking to Nipa. She helped me gain insight into my problems and understand my situation as well as provided excellent advice on how to tackle and get over them . I would highly recommend her .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nipa has been extremely supportive and understanding to my needs. Sessions with her has improved my confidence and has made me overcome my depression. She has made me more organized. She has a very soothing presence and makes sure that you achieve the targeted goals.

I like that she works with you to arrive at solutions that work well for you rather than prescribing something. This collaborative nature of treatment has been most helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first met Nipa, i was clueless about what I was feeling. Nipa was patient enough to make explain my condition. I got a better clarity about myself and how to not get overwhelmed at petty issues. She's scolded me when I was wrong and supported me when I was right. It is always comfortable to talk to her. She helped me see things clearly and made me understand for the fact that we're all humans and sometimes it's okay not to be okay. Forgiving yourself and loving yourself is equally important.I have a long road to recovery but with Nipa's help I feel I'm in the right direction. And most of all it's okay to be where you are and there's no rush to get into things that doesn't make you happy. I can finally be okay with who I am and now think of myself as an important person rather than just somebody. Mental illness is no joke and it's takes skill, patience and empathy to handle patients and treat them and i was happy I chose her for my wellbeing. I will highly recommend her to anyone seeking assistance regarding any psychological problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basics of counseling is not followed. Not worth the exorbitant fees of 1.5 - 2k per session. Also I can see her interns rating 5 stars and writing raving reviews here which is highly unethical. I saw the good ratings and approached this clinic to understand myself better but it was a waste of 3.5k in just 2 sessions. If I only wanted to get better by medicines, I wouldn't have come here. And no counselor/therapist would say 'No you listen to me first' when the client is trying to say something. Please read the basics of counseling. This is my honest review. Peace :)
