★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I went to this salon for a keratin treatment. I dragged my mother along with me, as they had a good offer on keratin for shoulder length hair. My hair was longer, so I was charged more, which is fair enough and was conveyed to me. However, when we reached at 10.30 am for our appointment, the shutter of the place was down, and upon calling, we were informed that the girl was coming with the keys. We waited for 15-20 minutes.Afterwards, both of our treatments were done, and we were asked to come back in 2 days for a wash and dry. They reminded us 2-3 times to come for the wash.Alas, two days flew and we landed up here for our wash and dry. Afterwards when done, we were stopped whilst leaving and asked to pay up for the 2nd day wash and dry. We were both baffled, as most parlors do not charge extra for this. Upon asking why were we not told beforehand, neither the day of the treatment, nor the day of the wash, we very easily could've washed and dried our hair at home, the hairstylist Rupesh told us to call the owner and speak to her. When my mother called the owner, rather than understanding that there could've been a miscommunication and trying to solve the issue, she rather started going on a lecture that how their prices are very cheap, other places charge 4000-5000 upwards,and on. The speech was not needed. Their attitudes spoke for itself, yes the place is very cheap and deceptive. I was planning on getting my hair colored here, but thankfully this incident happened and now I know I can't trust these people. Very deceptive and sneaky way of running a business.
