★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely frustrating experience. Order placed on June 29th. Was given a 4 week delivery window. July 30th no update. August 9th only some work done, needed another 10 days. August 26th the order is lying as unfinished as it was 15 days ago.
Only positive is that they're happy to refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was initially very happy when I placed the order and then began the frustrations. No communications at all until I follow up every step. Then some stuff comes damaged and 1 table missing. After a lot of unanswered calls and still 1 damaged table pending repairs (purchased 2 months ago) I am frustrated at Pratik and his poor salesmanship. When he answers, he is full of promises and at other times he does not even bother to pick up the call. Plz look elsewhere as the frustrations following the purchase isn't worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I got made almirah, table and bookshelf from Evotique. It was and still is very bad experience.
The fit and finish of product is not up to the mark.
They kept half the money for 6months and didn't deliver. The product hadn't gone through any inspection before coming to us and needed major repairs and alteration and polishing.
Even after buying it, the product aren't good to use with time. Joints come out open. Drawers are stuck and it is overall a pathetic experience.
Above all the team becomes completely unresponsive. Pratik is very good at saying yes to everything but won't even note down or deliver on half of the things.
VERY VERY BAD experience. Please look for alternatives.
