There is less crowd.
Near to Delhi-meerut highway.
Good water and electric supply.
No traffic in area.
CNG filling station is there.
Roads are Wide and clear.
No shopping complex.
Lacks basic amenities.
Difficulty in transport utilities. But autoricksaw available .
Near to slum kind of area.not suitable for middle calss and upper middle class.
Its full of dust and surrounded by village and agriculture farms.
Still undeveloped area.suitable for low income group earners.
It will become like a slum area in near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Madhuban Bapudham society is newly developed by ghaziabad development authority is very ambitious project by authority but land acquisition is pending from gda so no proper connectivity by roads. Some areas like swarn jayanti puram & govind puram is developed nearby.
