★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice place to live in Gurgaon with all public transport, Very close to Iffco chowk metro station the only draw back of this building is the outer color of the building due to this i am giving 4 star only, The out side road is now converted into cemented road, I hope water logging issue is resolved now by the authority, this someone need to check in next rainy season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic, you culd see in d pics, the conditions just outside d building even even in the slightest of rain. Sushant Lok Phase 1 Block A areas water gets accumulated in this region due to lower surface lvl. A man was electrocuted and died while goin to office by this road, it was in the news as well.
