★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given a 0 but tht option was not available, a perfect example of Govt apathy towards Retired personnel. No matter wat u do u'll never get the medicine from their dispensary. An absolute waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic doctors with zero medical knowledge, too much partial in nature, prescibe wrong medication , behaviour of room no 2 doctor Hazarika is way hell towards patients as if everyone is living on her mercy. She is just worst kind of human and think other people as untouchable with par discrimination. She does not have any idea about medication and disease, she can just shout out her throat . Even staff act arrogant, no worthy to give even one star. Other polyclinics are far better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors in contract with ECHS are pathetic. I once accompanied my mother to the hospital wherein she needed surgery. The doctors immediately took photograph of the reports and informed Fortis hospital who called us to visit them. He did so because hospital pay them cut for each patient. Whilst the ECHS beneficiary has absolute liberty to visit an empanelled medical facility of their choice, it is these type of doctors who are bringing bad name to ECHS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good to go for routine medicines, referrals and other medical issues. Lack of medicines availability is a big issue, only very general medicines like BP, Sugar, etc. related are available. A bit crowdy, so must come and be in queue as early as possible. No facility of canteen .
