I purchased Bajaj Pulsar 150 last year in November.(8106)
I was supposed to get my RC(Registration Certificate copy) in 90 days but it's been 90+ days and I still don't have it.
On contacting them regarding the issue they behaved UNCONCERNED and talked RUDELY which clearly showed their UNPROFESSIONAL attitude towards their customers.
They will behave appropriately with you till you are their POTENTIAL CUSTOMER or purchased from them and after that you are on your own.
They told me to go and look for it by myself at RTO(Regional Transport Office).
I went there and asked about it and guess what they told me.
The dealers haven't send the required documents to them. It's missing.
Then again I contacted them to make them aware of the situation but they just don't care.
I even contacted their manager and he assured me that he will do the NEEDFUL as soon as possible.
But now he is also not responding to my call.
He is just stalling time by saying we will do it tomorrow.
Every day I contact him and his response is the same : We will look into the matter and inform you tomorrow.
So, if you are planning to get a Bajaj vehicle go for it but surely NOT FROM EXCEL BAJAJ.
Clearly they are WORST BAJAJ DEALER.

Pros: mechanics are good and helpful.
Have around 7/8 ramps for bikes.
Cons : parts are not available.
Poor people/customer management.
I visited for a running job a simple oil change and it took more than an hour as I have to run from one place to another to get things moving.
The same oil change takes me a maximum of 10 minutes in pune. So comparatively poor service.
