1.I sold a 1ct colour D cushion cut diamond, so I asked that the diamond be reserved for me pending additional orders. I selected the extra diamond, but they sold the reserved diamond in the two days it took for them to confirm my order. This is such an embarrassment – what do I tell my customer.
2.The colour-grading is off. I purchased a 1.51ct colour I. It faced up as a J. Then I bought a colour I oval – this is not even close to a colour I. It is a medium grey diamond, facing up as a dull, unattractive diamond. See the picture attached, compared to an actual clour I diamond.
My experience is that this is an UNRELIABLE supplier.
