Every customer is treated like family here …… in one word this place is paradise for bike lovers must recommend great respect to Manoj ji he is very down to earth person i just love his nature and way of talking …….distance of Excellent motors is about 18+ km from my home but still I visited there and purchased my new machine ………. Best showroom in. Whole delhi NCR i have ever visited ?????? ………..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, never visit the store if you are looking for a good price, friendly staff, timely reminder for the services and add on services. I purchased a Yamaha YZF R15 V3 from this showroom in July end, they promised to offer the BEST PRICE and a HELMET. They twisted me into the finance thing and eventually the price was same as full retail at the end after all the interest included in the loan, the store and the bank executive are liar and unprofessional. They registered my bike after 1 month it took me more than a month to get my number plate, which normally takes 10-15 days for 2 wheeler. I called them multiple times to get my number plate even after the cost for RTO is included in the amount I paid, they just keep you hanging for their own negligence and casual attitude. Its been 45-50 days still didn’t receive a HELMET form them what they promised and mentioned in the bill. The biggest mistake of the life to purchase a 1.8L bike from a store that is so rude and unorganised. 0 for staff and customer handling and a big 0 for after sales services, I have done my first service from a different store and will never take my bike to excellent motors and will recommend not to visit the store as others will offer you a good price and after sale services with open arms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I purchased my vehicle at that time they were very cooperative and friendly but after that it took them 1 month to get the registration done. Moreover I asked them to order yamaha original kit of accessories. They took 1 month to give response. When I reached at their workshop for accessories the staff knew that I was suppose to come but then also they didn't bother to give me the service. I sat there for 2.5 hrs and then literally fought with them to get the work done. In between they said they don't have these accessories and as I have purchased the vehicle from Rohini showroom so I should talk in that showroom not ours.still I am sitting there since 4 hrs and totally ignorant whether all accessories are there or not.now after 4 hrs they are saying still 2 accessories are not available. Bit asking payment for the full.

I am sure you will feel good and hygienic also as they are maintaining proper sanitisation of the place. I am happy that i bought my FZS-v3.0 from this showroom. Mr. Rajeev is very friendly and will share knowledge with you if you want some about the bike
