They have some good employee welfare & engagement policies. Good work life balance. Supporting staff. Company has been able to retain employees that were working with them 5 years back, which is very rare these days. International business, good coding practices & skilled staff. Don't join

Management recognizes such employees and due respect, recognition, motivation is given to them. The best part I liked about Exceptionaire is the job satisfaction I get out of it, every day while returning home, you'll feel better about yourself as a professional. Adding to that good salary after recent changes in variable pay, good knowledge management system helps to learn new things, good top leadership, very good infrastructure. Job security is better than most of the other companies if you are a smart and hard worker. Some of the projects I have worked in were very challenging and provides a lot of learning opportunity. Exceptionaire's core strength is technology. With time, all good brains have enriched its evolution over the years. Instead of hiring more technical minds from outside, the company retains its technical minds by appraising them as per their strengths. Overall I would say working with Exceptionaire was a good experience for me.

Overall the company has a good environment, team member, and nice working culture, also you will become full stack developer which will good for your personal profile. Business associate and Managers are always prompt and responsive. If you are willing and have right potential in you then they may allow you for internal switch too (including technology).

Overall it's a good company, it could be bad for other but what I wrote is my own experience.
I think just like every other company, it depends on the project you got and the opportunity you get. It also depends on if the opportunity you got is really you want or it is just imposed on you.
i got a chance to perform different roles, learn and work on new technologies. Team members and colleagues are very helpful and understanding.
I would say this company is very good for freshers as they get good opportunity to learn new technologies but if you are an experienced person, then there expectations may be very high.
Overall an amazing experience with exceptionaire and team. Cheers!!
